Our project would consist of a motion picture studio, a Fantasy Adventure studio tours and a 185 acre Fantasyworlds Theme Park, two major hotels each with its own 18 hole professional golf course and condominiums, a worldwide motion picture distribution company and a major cable television channel all of which are part of one huge gigantic Entertainment Complex.
I have put such a project together with ride and show attractions not available anywhere else on earth! Our 170 acre motion picture studio would have services and facilities not found on the studio lot anywhere else as well. I am a highly gifted and very creative individual, but alas I am not a businessman and have no interest in that end of the project.
