| Just 3 points:
1) This is a wonderful methodology - is it planned 1-1 or group?
2) The original link given by Soni Pitts does not work.
3) When we reply to an HTML message, junk characters result while replying, which reduces legibility. When you see it, even though we put hard returns, it appears as running text which once again reduces legibility as you can see.
