Hello.
The Agathon Project is the first project by members of the Promethean Movement that goes beyond education into action. The Mission Statement declares:
"The mission of the Agathon Charitable Trust/Foundation is to promote the mentoring of youth, the creation of prosperity and the stewardship of the environment by identifying, acknowledging and funding productive efforts rooted in the principle of Individual Sovereignty."
We have selected Directors for an initial Board and are preparing to initiate the process of getting all of our legal ducks in a row to begin work (primarily funding scholarships and micro-loans). To free all of our current finances for commitment to this relatively costly process, we have decided to go ahead and start asking for help with some of the little things that we need. For the most part, this means certain technical books for the office library. So, a wish list has been set up at Amazon.com here:

Gifts of these important books and manuals will help the Agathon Project immensely. As we do not yet have 501(c)3 status, these gifts are not tax deductible, but you will have our gratitude for helping to launch this initiative for building a Better World.
