I perfectly understand the logic to group posts like these Rajiv. However, there are major limitations I feel...

Finding the thread is a problem
Another requirement posted after mine will tend to wipe out others
The subject line does not indicate anything about the nature of the requirement

There are so many posts that appear Rajiv...let individual requirements too have their space for the benefit of those who are posting and seeking positions..if none are interested let the thread die out...like so many others.

But this way nobody gets a fair chance

Just a thought...
