I completely agree with your thoughts- my only entertainment after I get back home is one serial after another! I travel about an hr and a half one way to reach work and serials are major time pass!

In trying to make it appealing to all classes (especially the womenfolk), many of the serials seem to deviate from social values. It has come to a stage where they don't seem to get anywhere and extend into generation after another- so much so that sometimes the same character is played by different people, because of the non-availability of the same person.

This message has to get to them in some way- any thoughts?
