Dogs - What can i say? People abandon them on roads over the many decades and such carelessness has seen the bulge of stray canines all over India and Chennai is no exception. Men, are the reason that they behave the way they do.
They are belted by street urchins, old men and even educated men, run down by vehicles at all odd hours, no food to count upon except the perenially over flowing bin.
No, I do not blame them nor do i fear them. They do have two ends, the mouth with all the canines and the tail, and I believe in the tail end of the subject.
Birds - Where have all the birds gone?? We see no sparrows or mynahs, just crows left and a few unclean pigeons. Where indeed they have gone? What i would not give to hear more chirping in this world's every morning?
Yes, If i did indeed walk in the mornings with my breath held in, life would be so much more healthy. Such lovely views we heard for a simple brisk walk which does such wholesome help to your cardios.
Madras's sandy beaches, if can be reached quickly do make such lovely terrain for walks... But for those unfortunate many, that live afar, there is not a tree or park in sight, a space that breathes for this morning walker.
Where has all the air we call "fresh" gone?
Keep Walking !
