Praveen is really making us see the big picture.
On the other hand, WCFC has been on a roller coaster ride, oscillating between hopes and despair. We have not been able to launch any programme of action successfully. As I have been telling in my earlier postings, the internet is a very comfortable medium to share ideas. But realizing plans is a tough job and very tough at that.
The internet gives a peculiar feel-good factor and even a sense of false accomplishment. Success lies in overcoming this illusion. But this has not been possible so far in WCFC.
Soeb has been taking a very active role in WCFC, even though he is NOT a resident of Chennai. Now, he has shared an idea with us that we could think of taking "Planting trees" as the immediate realizable objective. I think we should lap up this idea and do something concretely. Once we make the initial wins, we can think broadbasing our strategies.
I hope Praveen agrees with me.
