Hi,
I am new to this network. A brief intro before i proceed:
After working with diverse industries (the longest stint being in Banking), i recently joined the People First group as the Group CEO for their India and USA offices. Some of you may know that People First is the largest behavioral learning & development firm this side of the globe. We have lately, forayed into mass training programmes as well (historically, our programmes were targetted at the organizational leadership).
We are tightening our presence in South India (Chennai) and we need people for the following positions:
GM - South India (will head Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad)
Asst Mgr/Manager - customer service (8 nos.)
People with experience in cusotmer service/call center training, sales training and soft skills trg, are preferred.
