Lavanya - am sure now that people like u and Harish have taken interest in this Network ...its sure to go on a breakneck speed and catch up with other Networks. Govind, I second LK(g)'s suggestion of allowing all to post whatever they want. Any irrelevant message or crap will only reflect on the individual and not the other members or the Network.
