correction Harish - In matters of not upholding National Honor the fault is of each and every one concerned - the board, the designers, the helmet manufacturers, the team sponsors, the players, the spectators, the local authorities, the media, . . . . . . . being an accomplice is a crime, being a silent spectator is a crime, ignorance of the law is not an excuse, all forms of abetments are crimes.

the distinction between the National Colors and the National Flag has to be understood. Saffron, White and Green used as combination of colors to depict Indianness is within the Law and the only thing to remember here is that it must be done with pride and dignity. However using the Flag can not have exceptions and must be strictly in accordance with the Code.
