Need a strategic marketer with a passion for Opera!!!

Hi all,
My organization, the Lyric Opera of Los Angeles, has been given a phenomenal opportunity and in order to take advantage of it, we need a good strategic marketer to help us. The problem lies in the fact that we literally have no money to get this started. We need someone who is willing to put in the work, and be paid once the upcoming production is over and we've collected all the associated funds from ticket sales, advertising sales, etc. But we need someone to really help drive the efforts and help us know what's going to get the best results.

If any of you here might be interested in helping us out, PLEASE let me know. This is a really exciting opportunity and I need some serious help!
