Hi Michelle,
Cijaye here. To find the right person for what you are asking you should expect to pay upwards of $300.00/hr for their information (and you have to take good notes or you will miss something). You want somebody that truly knows how to create results in this area - not just the knowledge about how others do it.
Now...as an alternative if this is not in your budget...
I believe we have talked about where I work already - so you can be assured this information definitely comes from the top around this area...
But, because I am not permitted to provide information that is going to present a conflict of interest with them...I can only guide you in the right direction:
1). If you don't already have it, get the 2006 "Insiders Secrets" Manual. http://www.marketingtips.com/tipsltr.html - it is the bible of Internet Marketing and every single online business owner must have it. *You know most of this stuff already Michelle - so all you need is that guideline. And it will cost you MUCH LESS than hirining someone like myself.
2) Next, sign up for the http://www.marketingtips.com newsletter too (the offer comes down in the hover ad when you enter the site to buy the Insiders Secrets Manual) - and look in the archives. There is a HUGE wealth of information there that really does make a difference. *The resource you need is coming very shortly and newsletter recipients will most likely get first dibs.
3) Then, if you are using an autoresponder that you pay $20.00 US or more per month for...and you do have a business account with your ISP - then considering getting Mailloop Pro. *It has everthing and more that an ASP (like Aweber and Constant Contact) has; but you pay a one time fee for it (which over time is much less than your monthly's) and you get a wealth of information with the bonuses too. You can also personalize way more with this product - than you can with others. (site is: http://www.mailloop.com)
4) Then finally - track down your own copy of "Mind Control Copywriting" - it goes over the psychology of copywriting and how to make it so compelling that people will "need" to buy from you. It was one of the best reads I have ever been exposed to.
Then you should be well on your way.
P.S. You can call me the "converted" - but...considering how much time and money I wasted working HARDER and NOT SMARTER - and how little reward I got from that - I whole heartedly stand by the IMC's (Marketing Tips) products. I also know for a fact that without them - many of the Internet Millionaires would not be where they are now! Nor would I for that matter! :o)
