well aditi, perhaps ,a good idea would be to ... a)do a situation analysis i.e consumer/market analysis. b)a marketing programme i.e advertising,sales force,price,promotions and pr. c)draw out an advertising plan i.e.obejectives/segmentation/positioning then devise a MESSAGE STRATEGY AND TACTICS. d)finally implmentation....i.e finalising an ad agency to implement all of the above....
in a real world all of the above means firstly to understand the needs of your consumers in light of what the competition is offering.... next to assess your own marketing strengths and weaknesses and thus evolve a plan that optimizes effectiveness and lastly get a good ad agency to execute it for ya ! cheers and good luck amul kapadia Private Reply to Amul Kapadia (new win) |
