it sounds very lovely-interesting and appealing
i am 100% vegetarian-well but not against who are not.
this is NOT for any religious reasons but as a brahmins normally none eats non vege and so me.
i am glad that you had a constant weight control chart
here i am a big failure-weight is 84 kgs and well-somehow reamins unchanged between 84 to 88 kgs....of course high but cant control the fall....
i could not maintain my weight-this-may be due to parties and business meetings which leads to non controlled eatings-though vege but normally north indian foods and gujarati-my food which is usually full of butter/ghee /cheese etc etc
yet-like you too-i am blessed by sai baba that fortunately my family doctor frinds pays visits to me/my place-for the dinner or social meetings etc BUT i hv never been to their dispensaries/hospitals-as patient-except in last oct 2006 when i me't with an injury at delhi-thats it.
this is of interests to know that you are circulating yr experiences placed in a booklet-to-our friends of ryze-nice and am sure all those who are the receipents should benefit from your style of foods and dietary control etc
