I am a British and European Patent & Trademark Attorney in private practice. While I am now the proprietor of a small firm, I was previously one of the more senior Partners of a sizeable Central London firm and of its sister firms in HongKong, Singapore and Beijing.
As a Patent & Trademark Attorney, I protect the Intellectual Property of businesses and individuals around the world primarily in the UK and Europe by preparing and filing Patent Applications on every kind of subject-matter, Registration of Trademarks and protection of Designs and Copyrights. I also instruct foreign cases in other countries through Associates.
I currently sit on the ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Committee of INTA (the International Trademark Association). Previously, I sat on their Internet Committee.
