Hello everyone,
I currently reside in Connecticut, USA, but have traveled and completed several national and international projects (mostly Europe).
For the past 25 years, I became well-versed in both law and land use planning, with a concentration in real estate matters (mortgage documents, land assembly, fiscal impacts, master plans, site selections, zoning, appraisals, sales, eminent domain, leases, etc.).
I am also very proficient in sales and other type contracts; family law (divorces, wills, POA's); labor law (wrongful discharge); business plans/incorporations/LLC's; personal injuries; environmental issues; and tribal law compacts.
Although not as yet a full-fledged attorney (must take the bar exam), I have a wealth of education and skills in the above, and can assist you, or at least point you in the right direction.
