Ruchira Gupta 		Hi all, Although have been a member of this Network for quite some time now, but haven't formally introduced myself. I am based in Bangalore after spending six years in Mumbai where I got involved pro-actively with law related to SEBI and capital market. I have adviced listed companies on their first-time listing issues and further issues managament besides representing big-time brokers. Recently, my firm has started regulatory compliance audit for listed companies and institutional brokers, not necessarily based in Bangalore alone. In short, anything and everything related with capital market regulations and legal issues.
