Hey, considering this forum has some non-lawyer folks too, could anyone please demistify the legalese & give the plain n simple facts of the judgement?? I guess layperson can't even read such lengthy legal articles, which are full of jargons n herebys n therebys, let alone make sense of them & discuss them...but I'd like to know why this judgement is a wake up call...so if anyone can summarise it in plain english I'd be grateful.
