Vvek 		Hi Everybody,

I wish to know if it is a criminal offence to create hindrance in exports!!!

And what is the definition of Hindrance???

If a supplier does not supply quality goods on time as per quality standards required by customer for exports, will that be treated as hindrance in exports!!! Because if supplier does not supply, Export order would be cancelled and Exporter can not execute the order.
