Mohan Viswanathan 		An employee of the bank committed misappropriation and died. customers are approaching consumer court terming the misappropriation committed by the employee and consequent non settlement of their claims as deficiency of service by the bank and claiming the amount misappropriated with compensation for deficiency of service. In this context i would like to know whether consumer court has jurisdiction to try such cases.
