charuhasan Bank is an institution to serve a customer. It is not exempted from liability before a Consumer Forum. I had myself filed a case and got an order fining the bank to pay five thousand for delay in payment of amount due under a demand draft. Vicarious liability is recognized by all contracts. You can take the Bank to consumer court.
