I aint the one to dole you advise as I am no Lawyer. But an anecdote I would like to recall.. The other day I was reading "Only the paranoid survive" by Andy Grove.

While Chairman/MD/CEO of Intel, the first thing Andy Grove did was to call the Legal Team in and tell them "What is the Legal team here for... to sue people"... So Intel sued Zilog, Then Intel sued AMD .. then Intel sued some more...

The rest is history..
