Regarding defense by using intent as an element for consideration by a court - not by way of contest to what you say but for learning better, I ask - do you know of a precedent?

Also i add - images if in the form of statistical graphs, tabulated data, etc. are frequently used to substantiate contentions and should not be treated unfavorably.

BTW Ritu - what is this research you are engaging yourself in? Missiles? Nanotechnology? . . . keen to know
