Dear Soebji,

There are a number of English and American copyright cases, precedents in themselves which Indian High courts and the Supreme court have been exceedingly referring to decide issues relating to infringement of copyright in works and also the concept "fair dealing"/"fair use".

There are also a few english commentaries (considered conclusive) on the abovementioned issues which the courts refer to frequently while deciding these.
