A great article and analogy of email. I might
add that E-mail marketing to skyrocket higher.

While there has been no dramatic recent surge
in the cost of sending e-mail blasts to prospects
and customers, delivery rates are being reduced
in many cases by over-enthusiastic spam filters
and other things. This is driving the cost per
delivered e-mail substantially higher.
