Core requirements for the role include:
- Demonstrable proficiency in spoken and written English
- Technical depth – understanding of software programming, ability to ‘read’ code and comprehend it, understand technical concepts, translate complex concepts into simple English
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with demanding clients, and deliver top quality projects
- Collaboration across time zones and geographies, in mid sized teams
Responsibilities include:
- Communicating with our international clients on projects and owning through execution
- Executing as part of a project team with members in the US and in India
- Staying abreast of the latest technologies and trends
- Ensuring the quality of deliverables is per industry leading standards
