Hello Free Spirits!
Thanks to Lasse for inviting me to join this group! I have read many of your intros and this is quite a diverse and fascinating group of people here! This should be FUN!
A little about myself. My name is Joan and I work full time as V.P. of Operations for a Medical Equipment Distributor. I turned a burned out career in Nursing into a fun and challenging job in this field and I love what I do!
I am also an Independent Distributor and Fashion Consultant for Weekenders , a woman's clothing distributor. Currently in this business I have been kept quite busy with a recent affiliation with a Plastic Surgeon's office and the many private consults they are setting me up with! My goal is to eventually work for just myself and get out of the corporate world!
On a personal note, I am married to a British Gent named Dennis and we live in Sunny St. Pete Florida with my 15 year old daughter. I also have a son in the US Navy who will be home and getting married to his childhood love on Thanksgiving Day!
I enjoyed traveling, reading, American Football (My husband played pro soccor in England years ago, thus we call it American Football - LOL), playing golf and spending time with my family and friends.
As for a quote to share, I will have to think on this as there are so many I enjoy!
