Fondues at Swiss Cheese Garden!!!! Brings back the memories of my 2yr stay in Pune. The Fondues are just superb.
Other places I loved were Pizzeria opp Holiday Inn. There was this restaurant called Zaika and they had the Kabab offers. For Rs. 299, you get Beer, Kababs, Roti, Daal, Biryani and Desserts. Food was excellent too. This too was opposite Holiday Inn
Zamus and Nandus were always the joints for all of us as we lived in Kalyani Nagar where good food was a rarity then.
Out to impress women, then the place would be La Dolce Vita, next to Mainland China, just before Zamus. One of the best Italian Restaurants in India. The pastas were the perfect mix of herbs. Made terrific Arabiata, Penne with chicken and wine in white peppery sauce. Good Tiramisu and Maceadonia as desserts.
Thousand Oaks, Kapila, Ten Downing Street (apart from being a pub, they had a good lunch buffet), Malakka Spice, Prems, Shatranj at Koregaon Park (Garden Restaurant) were other favoured hangouts.Private Reply to Jiten Gajaria (new win) |
