Shantanu Godbole 		Kaveeta, don't rush to conclusions. Maybe the Comrade paying up rule will help in logistics.

People (like me) can't always meet the concerned person and pay up. So, by some deadline allow people to RSVP. Then order at the venue with number of 'Yes' respondents and a reasonable estimate from the 'Maybe's. If someone has RSVP'ed 'Yes' by the deadline - that person *has* to pay. Collection can be taken care of later. I though the current response is looking great.
