Kewpies is as absolute must do - (Bhapa Ilish, daab chingri in coconut shell). I found Aheli disappointing. Suruchi had a great baigun-kheema cutlet.
MAke sure you get the Nolen gurer (kodoppa) from Bhim Chandra Nag at the junction of College street and bow bazaar, if memory serves me right. Both gangurams and balram mullick didn't measure up.
