Dittoo here 2 ! When first time, i was offered 'moori ghanto' ; i didnt feel like eating it when i was told that it is made wit fish head. But when i tasted it, i flipped 4 it.
Another was 'fried blood' ! For a puja, when the goat 'balli' was done, i am told that the fresh blood that comes is collected and it coagulates. Then it is cut in2 small pieces and fried, tastes like liver fry !
