George Prawns marinated for an hour with paprika , turmeric, lemon juice, fresh cracked pepper and ajwain ( of all things I know but I saw an episode of a cookery program with the chef from the bukhara and he used it so just go with it, works very well. He rolled them in besan before putting them in the tandoor ). Tastes best grilled with a squeeze of lemon.
