What kind of diet should a patient of leucoderma follow? Please recommend a nutritionist in Mumbai.

A person I know has been recently diagnosed with leucoderma/ vitiligo. People are saying that she should cut down on vitamin C as that makes leucoderma spread.

I looked up the net and found vitamin C sources in so many types of food. But if she does away with all those types of food, then she may have diseases from a vitamin C deficiency. And that takes away many essential fruits and vegetables from her diet. What will she at all be able to eat then?

I suggested that she visits a nutritionist who can chalk out her diet chart. May it please be able for someone to recommend the best nutritionist in Mumbai?
