Thanks for such a neat link. I have never been diagnosed with ADD although I have suspected it for years. On this assessment I scored at 62 which came as no surprise to me.
I too have learned to "deal" over the years, but there was a time I wondered if I needed help. Like many, I decided to learn to be comfortable in my own skin. It was a feat all in itself, but the techniques I have learned to employ have been extremely valuable. The deciding factor for me in not seeking medical attention...medication. Many physicians overly prescribe medication and it was my fear that it would squelch my creativity. My brother opted for medication, I can see what a difference it has made in his life, for the better, but I am just not sure that it is right for me.
