On the same note ..
Whenever I have something busseling in my mind, something I like or want to do or just thoughts, they tend to keep me churning on the same thing instead of moving on and actually doing my task at hand, well not overly actve anyway.

So I find it very productive to write it down and then file it in my, Inside My Mind file.
It really helps me clear my mind and focus again on my predetermind task at hand.
