Sue,
Wonderful dissertation of how time slips away. For us as ADDers time is so abstract.
All of us are under the ADD/ADHD umbrella; however, we are still all unique. What may help is a PDA with alarm, or a cell phone with an alarm; then that 5-minute nap can be limited. Also exercise and supplements are good enregizers. The exercise can be at least a half hour 3X a week, even if its brisk mall walking; finding a buddy will keep you on track, even if you and that buddy connect by cell phone across the country.
As to supplements, that's a broad topic. A reputable multivitamin for women is good as well as Omega Acid 3 or fish oil; again, it must be a reputable brand, AND check it out with your doctor so as not to be contraindicated with any meds taken. That is a good general rule whatever supplements are taken.
With the above the hope is that your body's circadian rhythm will be more in synch and your routine and time issues will become more palatable.
Good luck!!
