Taylor Sugar You guys look like the perfect place for me to post.

I am a 19 year old entrepreneur with ADHD.

The doctor says I have ADHD - and I think I believe him.

I am hyperactive and have a low attention span.

I also operate 3 companies. The businesses keep me occupied
and my attention going.

My question is are there remedies? Should I take the prescription he recommended? etc..

Any advice is appreciated.
