Wow Pizza boy, you are way ahead of where I am. I hope someone out there has the answer to this, I'm still about 3 steps behind you.

One mistake I would like share that I made this season was sending out a holiday card campaign and forgetting to delete last year's card. Everyone I sent to then received last year's card (wishing them a happy 2007) and this year's card wishing them a happy 2008.
