Hi Mary,
Sadly, in my experience, large companies (or, specifically, the individuals who represent them) place great emphasis on hype and hoop-la in evaluating trainers.
This means that you need to have a nice bells-and-whistles presentation ready, to show the powers that be that you have put in time and effort in creating the presentation. The amount of time and effort you've invested in creating the actual programme will help you only once you get the approval to run it.
It sucks, but that's the way it is.

I do technical training and would like to have a better way to get my services in front of the training groups for companies like IBM, Samsung, Johnson Controls, Lear, etc. > >Regards, > >Mary McDonald >CEO, McDonald Consulting Group >www.mcdcg.com >
