Buzzy Gordon
Looks like we have a real good thread going here...

Just a reminder: we are using "3 secrets" arbitrarily; it's as good as any. Some people would say there are 5, others that there is really only one. Regardless, we now know they are no longer secrets - they are keys, all in our possession.

Amit hit on it again: it starts with a burning desire, which must be nurtured. Some people never get that level of desire; others attain it and lose it. So how do we get it and keep it?

One good answer comes from fellow Ryzer Stephanie Frank, who encourages everyone to find his/her "assignment" in life. In addition to tangible goals, we all have to know what our purpose is in life (hopefully more than making money), and then we can get started on how to achieve it.

What it all boils down to, then, is the ancient maxim: Know thyself. Or at least get on the road to discovering thyself. Then start making thyself better.

I'm going to stop now so that others can jump in. Just a footnote to the comment on network marketing. Since it is known by many names today (MLM, referral marketing, etc.), Amit is right that success in this field is more a matter of knowledge and skill sets, plus drive and the ability to motivate others, than merely who you happen to know.
