What do you do well? |

Hi all:
I started a habit recently that has helped me tremendously in the past few months. It's very simple. At the end of each day, I write down 5 things I did well that day. Some days it's really easy - some days I have to think of things to do before I do to bed.
Here's an example: 1. Did 30 minutes of exercise. 2. Wrote an article 3. Washed the dishes 4. Balanced my checkbook 5. Networked on Ryze
As you can see, I'm not talking about monumental things here. I have found that we are so hard on ourselves that we often end the day thinking about what we did NOT do, rather than congratulating ourselves for the things we DID accomplish.
If you decide to start using this method, drop me a line and let me know how it's working for you!
Stephanie
