Stephanie Frank		Hi Paul: I'm not sure what you mean. The resources we offer are the real deal - books and tapes, etc. that are delivered to your door. There is sometimes a shipping/handling fee to cover postage, but you get to look at it for as long as you want. If you've had a problem, I definately want to know about it!
