Hi Buzzy,>
>
Our twin girls will be 13 soon and they have also benefitted greatly by attending get togethers of our Team meetings and training sessions. Since they were born, Albert and I have taken them to Financial Forums and by the time they got to 10 years old, they understood some things re Finances.>
>
To answer your question, our children was also weaned off of for that time period, but are now back to watching T.V., but for some reason, one of our daughters like to continually watch the food channel. At least it's teaching her a life skill.>
>
We have a library of self-development books and tapes that we share with our girls and with our team members, and the first set of tapes is from Jerry Clark, Club Rhino (he is a motivational speaker and became a millionaire at the age of 21. And I can literally say, we have a group of people that are going to become Rhinos instead of staying back in the cow pasture). As far as books, the girls are reading Robert Kiyosaki's "Rich Kid, Smart Kid" but I want them to read the Power of Focus by Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen after that.>

What I have learned is that in order for your business to grow, you have to grow (self-development) and that not too many people realize this: your subconscious does not sleep, so if you watch the news before you go to bed, you will probably have something negative working in your subconscious so that when you wake up in the morning, you may feel unhappy, have no energy, etc. So, we listen to motivational tapes or we read a good motivational book or even something that makes us feel good, i.e. Chicken Soup for the soul books before we fall asleep, so that our subconscious is working on something Positive during the night.>
>
I also find that we, in general, abuse ourselves physically and mentally and only when things start going wrong do we take action. I am all for taking preventative action and that is why we became members of Dynamic Essentials for our health, etc. The timing was right.>

(Do you know how much negativity you get by watching the news and reading the news?). You should try this exercise, it is life changing! >
>>The outcome of this exercise was: our close family, friends and co-workers began to see us differently and talking to us differently because we are more confident in what we say and how we act and carry ourselves. >
