I agree with a lot of the advice given thus far and the mastering time management has been the best so far. I would take it one step further and learn how to meditate. Science has proven the power behind it. The reason I say this is imagine your mind is like a flashlight. The light will help you see in the dark so you don't walk into a wall. But it won't light up the dark side of the moon from where you are (which is what most goal setting has you do, shoot for the moon). Meditation helps you to focus the power of your mind and it becomes more like a laser light. To find out more about the benefits read "For Sales' Sake, Meditate!" You can find it at www.sellingsalesmanship.com. The book is online and free to read.

I'm sure a lot of you are going to be sceptical about this and wonder how sitting quietly for 10 to 15 minutes a day can change your life drastically, but I can attest to it. I've been doing it for a little over 2 weeks. I have a lot more energy, need less sleep and am much more efficient.

Good luck

Soak up knowledge like a sponge. You'll learn more in an hour with a super successful person than you would in 6 months if you were just around those who were average. You get inspired and there's a sense of possibility. You become who you spend time with.
