Dean, California housing is very expensive to buy. How about Phoenix, Las Vegas, Detroit, etc?
I just don't figure out why the retirees would buy homes rather than renting in Florida? These people are over 65 and want less responsibilities.
Due to recent hurricanes, parts of Florida will be a good bet to buy apartment rentals.
Hint: You do not need to have a "good" credit to buy apartments. Infact, no credit is required.
