What are the Contact Management Systems you use?

I am interested to know what type of contact management systems you all use to keep records of your prospective clients.

One of my dear friends at System 7, David Norcross told me to try www.chaossoftware.com and I must say this is ideal for my coaching practice. It's fast, very cost effective and it does all the things you need to make sure that not one prospect get lost in the daily routines.

The other question is "How many touches do you require before a prospect becomes a client?"
