What is fear? It is a discomfort we feel in our bodies. It is a natural phenomenon built into our system to make us aware that something is not ‘right’ and we need to become keenly aware of our surroundings and tune into our intuition. It is our connection with the Universal Intelligence making us aware that we need to take immediate action. Sometimes, that action may simply be inaction. It is a call to come to a halt, before we go too far in the wrong direction. Other times it may be a need to speed up, but always an indication for turning inwards before taking a corrective action.
When we become mindful – a state of constant conscious awareness – of the presence in our lives, of Infinite Intelligence, then the NEED for the warning system called FEAR becomes obsolete.
