Split screen? Not exactly. You have two options. One to load both OS's on the machine and have choice on boot. I am not sure how well this works on a Mac, I have seen it on a PC, but taht person hacked the OS code.

This is the second choice. Running a virtual machine. An icon would fire up a window where Widows would operate. I do not think you could drag and drop accross teh two.
