People in California can call me in Florida and not pay long-distance changes. However, local folks in Florida who decide to call me on my Skype-In line will pay long-distance charges. That seems so odd. But, I suppose for a lot of cell phone users, calling long-distance is not the big deal it once was. You don't really care where the call goes so long as you connect.
