Live up to your word, it is Golden.

If you say you are going to do something, do it, no matter how small it may seem. If you say you are going to call someone at 5 p.m., then call them at 5 p.m. If for some reason you cannot have the discussion at that time, have the courtesy to call and reschedule.

If a customer pays you for a product, keep them informed as to the delivery of the product. Don't only acknowledge receipt of the payment, post updates such as ship date and tracking number. If the item cannot be shipped within two business days for whatever reason, notify the customer. There is nothing worse than wondering when, or if, you are going to receive your purchase.

If you are building a team, then those people should mean more to you than a number on your pyramid. Take the time to listen to them and teach them. If not, you will not have them for long, and they will have wasted money not to mention become discouraged and feeling like a failure.

Remember that word of mouth is a powerful thing. It can make or break your business very quickly.

Treat others the way you would like to be treated!
